Schock manufacturing is centrally located in the US. Our wholly owned fabrication facility "stocks" many critical raw materials, so that we can immediately support your critical plant outage schedules. We pride ourselves in being on time (or early) for delivery and or plant turnover. Our gas turbine exhaust stack designs are structurally designed by a licensed PE. Our market leading liner design incorporates close pin spacing, large diameter 304SS studs, tight grid spacing, and 11 gage liner backer supports, clamping channels, and hardware. All liner pieces are precision laser cut and etched for recognition/traceability.
We control in house quality by overseeing the operation, and control delivery by being able to add additional shifts, OT, and/or sub-contracting help locally. Schock has design, fabricated, delivered, and installed virtually every Large Frame GT that is common in the market today.
