Step 1: Evaluate the current condition

Let Schock thoroughly inspect your system, and issue a complete report with recommendations at no cost. We are happy to inspect your units periodically, and baseline the condition. We will then come up with a plan to get the units back into worry free and safe condition.
Step 2: Develop a upgrade plan, timeline & budget

Once the inspection report has been reviewed by site personnel, we will sit down with you and go through all recommendations from critical must do areas, to items that are not as important immediately.
Step 3: Implement the plan

Begin the upgrades with the critical to safety items first. Schock will then update your unit inspection report to include the upgrades.

Insulation Replacement

In almost all cases where we find liner damage, the internal insulation has been compromised. Schock will detect, and repair from small areas to complete systems.

Often, the back wall of the Exhaust stack gets hammered with Turbulent flow. We can upgrade this insulation system to keep your casing cooler, and eliminate the passages and gaps where flow penetrates the insulation cavities.
